It takes millions of years to form limestone, but we’ve sped up the process for you. Open a tin and transform your walls with our top-selling interior paint. Earthcote Limestone is an easy-to-apply, brush-on paint that creates a soft, sandblasted effect, adding character and depth to any space.

- Eco-Conscious Formulation – Low VOC, with Zero VOC, Glycol-Free, APEO-Free, NPEO-Free, and Formaldehyde-Free tinting options.

Application Process.
Preparation is key. Ensure surfaces are dry, sound, and correctly prepared.
- Prime: Apply one coat of Earthcote DTE Matt primer, tinted to your chosen shade, using a Hamiltons 225mm Polypile roller. Let it dry for 4 hours.
- Paint: Apply two coats of Earthcote Limestone Paint using crisscross strokes for an authentic textured finish. Allow 4 hours drying time between coats.
- Spread Rates:
- Earthcote DTE Matt: ± 7m²/litre
- Earthcote Limestone: ± 4m²/litre
Note: Overcoating must occur within 48 hours to prevent surface contamination. For best results, work from corner to corner, keeping a wet edge to avoid lap marks.
Packaging Options: Available in 1L, 5L, and 20L tins.
Environmental Responsibility.
Proper disposal is essential. Do not wash painting tools in areas where water drains into stormwater systems. Unused paint and empty containers should be disposed of through an approved recycling scheme or in accordance with local regulations.
