SikaGrout®-212 Step-by-Step Application Guide.
Mixing: Pour the required amount of clean water into a suitable mixing container. Gradually add SikaGrout®-212 powder while stirring. Use a low-speed drill (<500 rpm) to mix for at least 3 minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Always mix full bags for uniform performance.
Application: After mixing, allow the grout to stand for about 2–3 minutes, stir again with a trowel, and pour or pump it into the prepared openings. Its excellent flow properties ensure complete filling of voids without segregation or air entrapment.
Curing: Protect freshly applied material from premature drying. Use appropriate curing methods such as moist coverings or curing compounds to ensure maximum performance and strength development.
Cleaning: Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after application — before the material hardens.
