Application overview (site steps).
- Substrate: ensure sound, clean and saturated surface dry (SSD). Remove contaminants and loose material. Repair voids or defects with suitable Sika mortars.
- Mixing: shake Part A, pour half into mixer, add Part B slowly, then the remainder of Part A; mix ≥3 minutes until smooth. Do not add extra water.
- Apply: first coat ~1.5 mm by trowel, roller or spray; allow to set, then second coat to ~3 mm total. Use alkali‑resistant glass fibre mesh (150–160 g/m²) in high stress or movement zones, embedded into first coat. Protect from rain for 24 to 48 hours.
- Overcoating: at +20 °C, tile or paint after ~2 days; allow longer cure at lower temperatures.
